Shipping
The shipping options for our products are:
- Courier shipping: Delivery within 24 hours from the end of production.
- Local pickup: Customers can pick up their orders locally free of shipping costs by scheduling an appointment in advance.
Shipping options and associated costs will be shown at checkout based on the order details and the shipping address.
Please note that some bulky packages may experience delivery delays due to courier logistics.
For local pickup, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time once the order is marked as completed.

Order processing time
Order processing may take up to 7 business days, depending on stock availability, demand, and current production circumstances.
Custom cutting service
We offer a free cutting service for all our aluminum profiles.
- Cutting tolerance: ±1 mm
- Minimum cut length: 100 mm (due to the minimum length our aluminum saw can safely and securely clamp)
- Maximum cut length: 1500 mm (limited by our available bar stock and shipping constraints)

Returns and Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to justify and without penalty.
- To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
- If the product has been opened or handled, we will assess any loss of value and adjust the refund accordingly.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-cut products.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage, marks, or modifications.
- Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the day you communicate your intention to return the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
- Refunds will be made using the method chosen by Bitfab, usually the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take between 2 and 5 days for card or PayPal payments. For bank transfers, refunds may take up to 5 business days.
