Shipping options for our products are:
- Shipping by courier, in a 48/72h service from the finish of production
- Local pickup. Customers have the option to collect their orders locally with no shipping cost.
Shipping options and associated prices are displayed at the checkout based on your order specifics and shipping address.
Please be advised that larger packages might experience extended delivery times with certain courier services.
For local pickup, we will coordinate a suitable collection time once the order is marked as completed.

Order preparation time
Order processing may take up to 10 working days, depending upon stock availability, demand, and current production circumstances.
Cut to length service
We offer free of charge cutting services for all our aluminum profiles.
The tolerance of the cuts is ± 1mm.

Payment terms: All orders have to paid in advance before production begins.
Returns
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders can be returned at no expense.
